KNOWLEDGE:
Is there an in depth knowledge and sense of community in the market?
REPUTATION:
Do they have a reputation with brokers and landlords as a deal closer?
Is there a website with background and completed transactions easily available?
INTRICACIES:
Are they experienced and organized enough to handle the intricacies of a perplexing transaction with ease and confidence? Timing, negotiation, space planning, contractor bids, back up proposals, lease review, furniture, equipment and outside vendors?
ETHICAL:
Is the best interest of the client in mind, always? Are suggestions offered, in your best interest that you may have not otherwise been aware of?
